The project applied the Lean Six Sigma methodology to reduce costs, inventory, and lead time in an electro-electronic industry in the Industrial Pole of Manaus, focusing on Work in Process (WIP) control. Tools such as Kanban and value stream mapping were used to implement pull production (Just-in-Time). Results showed significant WIP reduction, with a variation of 3 to 10.5 days and values between R
