In this context, the use of color labeling systems stands out as an efficient solution for separating products in production lines, especially when it comes to products with subtle differences. This article presents the development of a production line conveyor automation system using microcontrollers for separation using a color label system, highlighting its advantages and benefits for the industry. The developed system demonstrated high accuracy in detecting and separating products by color, resulting in reduced errors and guaranteed quality of the final product. Furthermore, automation provided increased efficiency and productivity, decreased cycle time, optimized workflow and reduced human errors. The successful integration of the system with the existing production line and the economic feasibility analysis indicated that the implementation of this system is viable and promising, bringing long-term benefits, such as cost reduction and increased efficiency in industrial production
