The research is justified by the continuous need for innovation and enhancement of these devices to meet the growing demands for quality and functionality in the global market. The study focused on solving specific design issues, such as adhesive infiltration in the joystick button mechanism, which compromised monitor operation. By applying tools such as PDCA, Ishikawa Diagram, Kaizen, and Fuzzy Logic, the research successfully identified and implemented significant improvements, resulting in a drastic reduction in defect rates and production costs.Item Análise do Grau de Riscos em Projetos de P&DI Utilizando Lógica Fuzzy para Identificação de Viabilidade Técnica(Instituto de Tecnologia e Educação Galileo da Amazônia, 2022-11-11) PONTES, Kleber de Lima; NASCIMENTO, Manoel Henrique ReisThis work proposes the use of Fuzzy Logic as a tool to analyze and manage risks associated with Research, Development, and Innovation (R&D&I) projects. Globalization and growing demands for innovation require organizations to develop products and services efficiently, minimizing risks and maximizing technical feasibility. The developed Fuzzy model allows for the identification, classification, and evaluation of risks, providing a robust tool for decision-making in uncertain environments. The research highlights the importance of effective risk management to ensure the delivery of innovative projects within planned timelines and costs.
