Globalization and growing demands for innovation require organizations to develop products and services efficiently, minimizing risks and maximizing technical feasibility. The developed Fuzzy model allows for the identification, classification, and evaluation of risks, providing a robust tool for decision-making in uncertain environments. The research highlights the importance of effective risk management to ensure the delivery of innovative projects within planned timelines and costs.
