    Sistema de inferência fuzzy para análise dos requisitos técnicos dos taxímetros

    This research implements a fuzzy inference model to support the preliminary technical analysis of taximeters, aiming for greater accuracy and reliability in inspections according to Ordinance No. 124, March 24, 2022. The methodology was structured in three phases: identification of technical indicators, fuzzy system modeling, and model experimentation. Using Matlab R2013a - Fuzzy Toolbox, variables, fuzzy sets, and inference rules were defined. Results indicated that the model replicates real inspection conditions, reducing subjectivity and promoting uniformity in evaluations.

    Estratégias e técnicas computacionais integradas para a redução do tempo de setup em processos industriais

    This dissertation presents an integrated approach to reducing setup time in industrial processes, combining fuzzy logic, quality tools, SMED (Single-Minute Exchange of Die) technique, and computer simulation. The study followed a five-step methodology, from analyzing the current process to validating proposed strategies, emphasizing that tools and equipment account for 86% of the setup time influence. The SMED application was crucial to eliminating waste and optimizing the process by converting internal activities into external ones.

    Development of a Prototype Gateway for Data Collection and Transmission in Material Handling Systems - Gate Move 4.0

    The article discusses the development of a gateway prototype named Gate Move 4.0, designed for data collection and transmission in material handling systems. The goal of the study is to improve operational efficiency and decision-making in industries, especially with the advent of Industry 4.0. The prototype was evaluated under various operating conditions, demonstrating efficiency in data collection, connectivity, and performance in adverse environments. The methodology included requirements analysis and the implementation of sensor technologies and communication protocols. Results showed that Gate Move 4.0 is a viable solution for material handling systems.

    Análise decisória para implementação de estratégias integradas para a redução de setup em processos industriais utilizando lógica fuzzy

    This article explores the application of Fuzzy Logic as a decision support tool for implementing integrated strategies aimed at reducing setup times in industrial processes. The study seeks to optimize operational efficiency and reduce variability in production processes, ultimately enhancing productivity. A computational model based on Fuzzy Logic was developed to analyze key variables impacting setup times and associated waste. The research was conducted in a company in the Manaus Industrial Park, specializing in electronics. The results showed that the combination of Tools and Equipment with Advanced Planning variables significantly impacts setup time by 86%, highlighting the importance of managing these variables to improve productivity.

    Developing An AMR Prototype With Processing Offloading Using 5G Servers For Industry 4.0

    This study explores the development of an autonomous mobile robot (AMR) prototype with processing offloading using 5G servers for Industry 4.0. The goal is to improve AMR performance by reducing the computational load on the robot and optimizing energy efficiency. The developed architecture integrates the AMR with the 5G infrastructure, distributing processing between the robot and external servers, enabling real-time response. The results show that this approach improves AMR navigation and efficiency in industrial environments.

    The National Institute of Industrial Property (INPI) issued a registration certificate for the computer program entitled "Algorithm for the flow of production in the electronics sector," valid for 50 years from January 1st following the date of May 29th, 2024. The algorithm was developed in MATLAB, applied to fields AD-03, IF-01, and TP-01, and was registered under process BR512024003607-5. The certificate was issued on October 8th, 2024, approved by the INPI's patents and computer programs directorate.
