Item A Brief Account of the 2030 Agenda and its Implications for Brazil and the Amazon Region in Achieving Sustainable Development Goal 6: Clean Water and Sanitation(Instituto de Tecnologia e Educação Galileo da Amazônia, 2022) Simone Bessa de Almeida , Edson Pablo da Silva; LEITE, Jandecy CabralThe 2030 Agenda, developed by the United Nations (UN) in 2015, includes 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), broken down into 169 targets and 231 indicators to be achieved by 2030. This article focuses on SDG 6, which addresses universal access to clean water and sanitation, analyzing its implementation in Brazil and the Amazon region. Data from the National Water and Basic Sanitation Agency (ANA), the National Sanitation Information System (SNIS), the Brazilian Institute of Geography and Statistics (IBGE), and the National Household Sample Survey (PNAD) from 2016 to 2020 were examined. The results highlight the need for increased investment in water infrastructure and sanitation projects to alleviate challenges faced by the Amazonian population. The participation of multiple sectors in integrated water management is crucial to achieving SDG 6 by 2030.Item Application Of Fuzzy Logic To Assess The Degree Of Aptitude Of Professionals In The Areas Of Management(Instituto de Tecnologia e Educação Galileo da Amazônia, 2024) LEITE, Lourdes Daniele Câmara; LEITE, Jandecy CabralThe study proposes the creation of a Fuzzy inference model to assess the performance of professionals in the management area, based on quantitative criteria such as ability, knowledge, and attitude. The aim is to assist the Human Resources sector in the recruitment and selection process, identifying the most suitable profile for management positions. The model was developed in three phases: identification of aptitude indicators, Fuzzy system modeling, and experimentation of the proposed model. The results showed that the Fuzzy system is effective in analyzing and classifying candidate performance, optimizing decision-making in recruitment.Item Desenvolvimento Sustentável: um estudo sobre cadeias produtivas no Distrito Agropecuário da SUFRAMA–DAS em Rio Preto da Eva – AM(Instituto de Tecnologia e Educação Galileo da Amazônia, 2023) SANTOS, Kátia Cristina de Menezes; SILVA, Simone daEnvironmental education is currently being valued in many social segments when it comes to the conservation and preservation of natural resources because sustainability is strengthened when the levels of consumption and transformation of inputs involving four interdependent pillars are considered, which are the pillars: social, economic, environmental, and institutional. In this sense, this research conducts an analysis of the processes involved in projects related to the productive chains of the Agricultural District of the Manaus Free Trade Zone Authority - DAS, in the Municipality of Rio Preto da Eva - AM. The objective of this research is to develop a study on the processes involving projects related to productive chains in DAS, Rio Preto da Eva - AM, for sustainable development in actions. The methodological procedures used were bibliographic research and field research at the headquarters of SUFRAMA and the City Hall of Rio Preto da Eva - AM. The results highlighted the importance of scientific knowledge for the applicability of projects and public policies that begin with planning.
