Abstract
The article proposes a productivity monitoring model for an LCD production line, combining the Six Sigma methodology and fuzzy logic. The study was conducted in a company from the Manaus Industrial Hub, showing that the model is effective for measuring and increasing productivity, achieving the company's target of 120%. The integrated approach enabled data-driven decision-making based on quantitative and qualitative inputs, with results validated through computational simulation.
