Abstract

The study proposes a systematic approach to optimize the socket wiring fixation process for motorcycle instrument panels, aiming for production improvements in a company located in the Industrial Pole of Manaus. The methodology includes a case study, literature review, and interviews with technicians. The developed model reduces costs related to raw materials, transformation processes, and mold investments, ensuring a more efficient and market-appropriate product​
