Abstract

This project addresses the study of welding science of electronic components on printed circuit boards, the impact on quality, and its effect on the life cycle of the product. Welding is the joining process, grouping, and fastening materials. In this project, we will explore the process of welding by fusion, heating the metal alloys that enable the joining of parts and components. The proposal consists of applying the methodology of study cases of success and unsuccessful in the welding process and its consequences​
