Abstract

The study analyzes the disposal of post-consumer cosmetic packaging in an aesthetic clinic, focusing on environmental awareness and proper waste management. The research investigates consumer behavior regarding the disposal of plastic packaging, highlighting the lack of information and inadequate practices. The methodology included questionnaires applied to clinic clients, revealing that most dispose of packaging incorrectly. The work proposes the implementation of reverse logistics systems and the awareness of consumers and professionals to minimize environmental impacts.
