Abstract

This study uses the Six Sigma methodology to increase the productivity of the LCD (Liquid Crystal Display) Line in a factory in the Pólo Industrial de Manaus - PIM and a fuzzy inference system to measure the increase in productivity. Several parameters based on the Six Sigma methodology were identified, highlighting: waste, production capacity, and time study. The proposed system is of great importance to practitioners and researchers in production management, aiming for results that reduce costs and increase the organization's profits.
