Abstract

The objective of this work is to demonstrate the application of a suggestion program within a manufacturing environment in the Industrial Pole of Manaus, evaluating its performance as a tool for quality management, innovation, and continuous improvement. The study analyzes the capture, evaluation, and implementation of ideas suggested by employees, measuring the gains and impacts on the production process. It also discusses the recognition and rewards for employees whose suggestions generate savings and improvements for the company​
