Análise de Maturidade da Governança de TI e Capacidade de Implantação do Framework COBIT 5 em Operadoras de Saúde

Abstract

The corporate world daily seeks strategic and sustainable results, with Information Technology (IT) playing an increasingly crucial role. In the health operator sector, IT governance emerges as an ally to achieve a more controlled and sustainable environment. This study analyzes the maturity of IT governance and the capacity to implement the COBIT 5 framework in health operators of the Unimed system in the northern region of Brazil. Using a measurement framework based on the ISO/IEC 15504 standard, the capacity levels of COBIT 5 processes were evaluated. The results indicate that companies that adopt good process practices can improve their internal organization, facilitate administrative controls, and increase productivity and results.
