Inferência Fuzzy para Avaliação da Maturidade em Gerenciamento de Projetos Baseado no Modelo MMGP

Abstract

This research presents a fuzzy inference model for evaluating maturity in project management based on the MMGP model. The aim is to improve the accuracy of maturity assessment, making the results more assertive and directing initiatives correctly. The MMGP model was adapted with the application of fuzzy logic, resulting in a more precise and smoothed analysis. The study was applied in a company, comparing the results of the MMGP model with the MMGP+Fuzzy model, demonstrating that fuzzy logic provides a more accurate and less subjective evaluation.
