Logística Reversa dos Resíduos Sólidos Industriais: Estudo de Caso em uma Empresa de Injeção Plástica do Polo Industrial de Manaus

Abstract

Waste has always accompanied human society throughout its trajectory and evolution on the planet; in contemporary society, population growth followed by the increase in consumer goods production generates more and more waste and disposal of products. The Law nr 12.305/2010 represents one of the most relevant Brazilian legislations to emphasize the understanding of shared responsibility, closely related to the concept of reverse logistics of waste. This work broaches the reverse logistics of plastic waste from a small company at the Industrial Center of Manaus (PIM) in order to use recycling as a way to reduce the disposal of plastic waste into the environment.
