Uso do Controle Estatístico de Processo (CEP) na Gestão de Operações Produtivas em uma Indústria do Polo Industrial de Manaus

Abstract

The study explores the application of Statistical Process Control (SPC) in an industry within the Manaus Industrial Pole (PIM), emphasizing its role in monitoring and improving production processes. Through control charts and graphical analysis, the research demonstrates how SPC can identify variability and root causes of non-conformities, supporting cost reduction and quality enhancement. The case study focuses on the thermoforming process of thermoplastic resin plates, highlighting the tool's benefits in operational management.
