Logística Reversa e Coleta Seletiva do Lixo: A Educação Ambiental como Ferramenta Auxiliar no Processo de Reciclagem do Lixo Eletrônico

Abstract

The general objective of this thesis was to analyze, from the perspective of reverse logistics, the contribution of environmental education as a management tool for selective waste collection in the context of recycling household electronic waste in the city of Manaus. The research included a case study at the company Descarte Correto, interviews with the Municipal Secretariat of Cleaning and Public Services (SEMULSP), and questionnaires applied to recyclable waste collectors. The results show that initiatives to address the electronic waste problem in Manaus are incipient, highlighting the need for greater awareness and structured actions.
