Otimização do Problema de Roteirização de Veículos em uma Empresa Distribuidora de GLP na Cidade de Manaus

Abstract

This study aims to conduct a case study of an LPG distribution company (cooking gas) in the city of Manaus, emphasizing the daily routing system adopted by it, in order to identify opportunities for improvement and propose actions that could be adopted to make the distribution logistics more efficient. The analysis of delivery indicators and routes used by the company allows the proposal of strategies to optimize the distribution system, aiming to meet previously established deadlines and improve customer satisfaction.
