Avaliação da Maturidade em Instituição Pública Utilizando Gerenciamento e Monitoramento de Redes com Software Livre

Abstract

This work evaluates the satisfaction of end users of the ZABBIX software, used for network monitoring in a public institution, based on the ABNT ISO/IEC 14598-6 standard. The study was conducted at the Leônidas and Maria Deane Institute (ILMD), using the ZABBIX tool for network asset management and monitoring. The research verified users' perception regarding the software's quality attributes, such as functionality, reliability, usability, performance, compatibility, security, maintainability, and adaptability. The results indicated an overall approval rate above 70% in all evaluated attributes, demonstrating that ZABBIX meets the institution's needs in terms of quality, management, security, and performance.
