Abstract

This article deals with logistics and supply management, a strategic area for companies in today's highly competitive environment. The research examines a company from the Manaus Free Trade Zone facing a logistics bottleneck and rising supply costs. The study aims to determine the most suitable "make-to-order" process that balances freight and inventory costs while ensuring timely customer delivery. A logistics management model is proposed to optimize the supply flow in the automation sector, based on stock costs, raw material acquisition time, and transportation costs, providing competitive improvements.
