Aplicação da Matriz SWOT com Auxílio da Lógica Fuzzy para Definições de Prioridades ao Planejamento Estratégico de uma Empresa

Abstract

This research presents a method that combines the SWOT Matrix with Fuzzy Logic to assist in the elaboration of internal and external environment analyses of a company, aiming to identify critical points and prioritize strategic actions. The methodology was applied in a construction materials company, using questionnaires, direct observation, and data collection. The results indicated that the critical areas were Marketing, Physical Environment, and Finances, which needed adaptations to improve the company's performance. The study demonstrated the effectiveness of combining these tools for strategic planning, providing significant improvements in the organization.
