Item A Implantação do 5S em uma Confeitaria da Cidade de Manaus-AM, Utilizando Ferramentas da Qualidade(Instituto de Tecnologia e Educação Galileo da Amazônia, 2021) Alencar, David Barbosa de; LEITE, Jandecy CabralThe study presents the implementation of the 5S program in a bakery in Manaus-AM, aiming at organization, cleanliness and safety in the work environment. The research analyzed the organizational problems that affect productivity and quality, using the 5W2H quality tools and the PDCA cycle to implement improvements. The results demonstrated that the 5S program provided a more organized and productive environment, positively impacting product quality and customer satisfaction.
