With the demands of the modern world, companies seek faster productivity to meet market demand. Workers often end up performing repetitive tasks with unfavorable postures and excessive force. This article analyzes an ergonomic flaw in the test cabin of a production line at TAM company and proposes workstation adaptations to minimize repetitive stress and improve worker health. The implemented improvements led to increased motivation and productivity.
