The article presents a methodology for a continuous improvement suggestion program, analyzing its implementation in an industry at the Manaus Industrial Hub. The program encourages employees to propose ideas for solving problems and innovating processes and products, generating benefits such as cost reduction and increased competitiveness. Results from the first year show 447 suggestions submitted, with 266 implemented, resulting in savings of BRL 98,253.00.
