The study focuses on the application of Ergonomic Work Analysis (EWA) in a pen packaging station, using methods such as the PDCA cycle and tools like Moore & Garg and NIOSH to assess injury risks and enhance productivity. The goal was to reduce overload on workers' limbs, ensuring comfort and work efficiency.

The study presents an ergonomic analysis of computerized workstations in the administrative sector of a lubricant distributor in Manaus-AM. The objective was to identify and analyze situations that pose risks to workers' health, suggesting changes to minimize the negative impacts of computerized work. Questionnaires and assessment tools such as RULA and Sue Rodgers were applied to diagnose possible musculoskeletal injuries. The results indicated the need for modifications in the work environment, inclusion of breaks, and labor gymnastics to reduce labor complaints.
