This work applies mechatronic concepts to model and analyze an FFS in a waterway terminal transporting oil and gas, using Discrete Event Systems (DES) theory and Colored Petri Nets (CPN). Based on scenarios and FFS behavior, formal models are developed to analyze system responses in emergency situations, optimizing efficiency and integration with other industrial systems.Item Desenvolvimento de um Aplicativo Web para Auxiliar o Processo de Fabricação de TV de uma Indústria do PIM(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2018) COSTA, Jaidson Brandão da; MACÊDO, Emanuel NegrãoThe industry has undergone multiple revolutions that have benefited production. However, technological innovation continues to reshape the industrial sector. This study identifies critical success factors for adopting Industry 4.0 using a web application developed for mobile devices, assisting the TV manufacturing process in a company within the Manaus Industrial Pole (PIM). The proposed model aims to enhance the company's information and communication systems for control and decision-making in the separation process of Surface Mount Device (SMD) kits. The methodology employed Extreme Programming (XP) and prototyping. Results showed an 80% reduction in production delays and a 40% increase in daily TV manufacturing.
