The PDCA method was employed to implement improvements, leading to reduced fatigue complaints and increased productivity. The goal was to reduce overload on workers' limbs, ensuring comfort and work efficiency.Item Análise Ergonômica do Trabalho em Postos Informatizados: Estudo de Caso em uma Distribuidora de Lubrificantes de Manaus-AM(Instituto de Tecnologia, 2017) VIEIRA, Ellen Gina Coelho; OLIVEIRA, Kleber BittencourtThe study presents an ergonomic analysis of computerized workstations in the administrative sector of a lubricant distributor in Manaus-AM. The objective was to identify and analyze situations that pose risks to workers' health, suggesting changes to minimize the negative impacts of computerized work. Questionnaires and assessment tools such as RULA and Sue Rodgers were applied to diagnose possible musculoskeletal injuries. The results indicated the need for modifications in the work environment, inclusion of breaks, and labor gymnastics to reduce labor complaints.
