Item Desenvolvimento de um Workflow para Teste de Qualidade de TV" Subtítulo: "Automação do Processo de Inspeção Interna do Comprador (IBI)(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2017) GONÇALVES, Bruno Pereira; QUARESMA, João Nazareno NonatoThis study proposes the development of a Workflow to automate the quality testing process of televisions (TV) within the scope of the Internal Buyer Inspection (IBI). The aim is to reduce the effort of the testing team and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of quality tests. The Workflow was implemented at a prototype level, integrating an information system, a data collector, and a control unit. The results demonstrated the feasibility of automating the tests, with the execution of 2,400 tests in 11 hours and 40 minutes, in addition to 8,404 power readings. The system also generated traceability reports and monitoring graphs, contributing to the standardization and improvement of the quality process.Item Produtividade em uma Empresa de Refrigeração com Ênfase na Melhoria da Qualidade" Subtítulo: "Implementação de monitoramento de teste das unidades evaporadoras e interligação ao sistema MES(Instituto de Tecnologia da Universidade Federal do Pará, 2016) OLIVEIRA, Silvia Karla da Silva de; MAGALHÃES, Edilson Marques; LEITE, Jandecy CabralThis dissertation aims to implement the monitoring of evaporator unit tests and integrate them with the MES system, focusing on process improvement with an emphasis on quality. The study proposes the automation of the product performance test, conducted during the assembly process at the "Run Test" station. Previously, the test was performed manually, which did not guarantee that 100% of the products were tested, resulting in issues identified only by the end consumer. With the implementation of the automated system, it was possible to increase productivity, improve product quality, and ensure the safety of employees during all assembly stages.Item UTILIZAÇÃO DO ALGORITMO NO CEP E SUA CONFIABILIDADE NOS PROCESSOS INDUSTRIAIS, APLICADO EM CONTROLE DE TORQUE: ESTUDO DE CASO DO PÓLO DE DUAS RODAS(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2011) ALENCAR, David Barbosa de; LIMÃO, Roberto CélioThe use of Statistical Process Control (SPC) is crucial in the production process, requiring continuous improvement. However, there is resistance to adopting new methodologies. The use of computational tools in SPC has become an essential trend. This dissertation aims to guide companies and institutions in adopting such tools, presenting an algorithm to optimize SPC application. Statistical techniques are employed to validate process security, demonstrating that SPC is a management tool that enables measuring product and service quality, comparing them to desired standards, and implementing corrective actions. The proposed approach is illustrated through a case study in the two-wheel industrial sector.Item OTIMIZAÇÃO DO TEMPO DE TESTE FUNCIONAL DE PLACA DE CIRCUITO IMPRESSO MONTADA PARA COMPUTADOR PESSOAL(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2012) OLIVEIRA, Edson Farias de; BLANCO, Cláudio José CavalcanteThe increasing competitiveness among companies in the same sector has made continuous process optimization essential to reduce costs. This study evaluates the time involved in the functional testing phase of motherboards produced in the Industrial Pole of Manaus and proposes improvements for optimization. A system for image capture was developed to analyze idle times, along with test devices and a proprietary Linux-based test system, replacing the previous system that depended on foreign suppliers. Percentage gains were demonstrated through four optimization proposals: unifying tests, performing simultaneous tests on two boards, replacing the test system, and automating the test device. The results obtained after implementing these improvements were positive, reinforcing the importance of applying scientific methodologies combined with innovation to optimize production processes.
