    The study employs a computational tool to model human reasoning in measuring productivity levels in an electro-electronic industrial line at the Manaus Industrial Pole (PIM). Parameters such as balancing, cycle time, reliability, failure rate, and productive capacity were identified and analyzed. The proposed system is significant for production management professionals, aiming to reduce costs and maximize profits.

    Adequação de Tempos e Métodos em Montagem de Componente para Motocicletas

    This study proposes actions for the adjustment of times and methods in the assembly line of motorcycle components in an automotive company, using the Lean Production System and the Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) tool. The research demonstrated that the correct application of these methodologies resulted in a 35.3% improvement in process efficiency, in addition to increasing knowledge and application of Lean within the organization. The work highlights the importance of waste elimination and resource optimization for business competitiveness in challenging economic scenarios.
