This study develops a decision support model for selecting parts suppliers using the Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process (FAHP) within a supply chain. The methodology involves specialists from Procurement, Quality, and Process Engineering for supplier evaluation. The analysis reveals deficiencies in material discharge, stock, and site organization, concluding that logistics is essential for ensuring good performance and work quality.
