    This work studied a method of economic viability between transport modes for electro-electronic inputs between Asia and Manaus, aiming to choose the best alternative based on cargo weight and unit value, seeking to improve the competitiveness of companies in the Manaus Industrial Pole (PIM). Transport times, costs, intermodal and multimodal interactions were analyzed using indicators such as Future Liquid Value (VFL) and Efficiency/Cost (E/C). It was concluded that the maritime mode is more viable for cargo with values below 50R$, while high-value cargo requires specific analysis between air, multimodal, and maritime modes.

    Aplicabilidade da Ferramenta PDCA no Transporte Logístico Fluvial de Hortifruti Tomate

    This work aims to apply the PDCA tool in the logistic process and storage of tomato hortifrúti, investigating the main causes that affect product quality. The methodology was developed through bibliographic research and field study, with direct observation of the transport and storage process. The study showed that implementing a refrigerated chamber improves product quality, increases profitability by 42%, reduces losses by 46%, and cuts transport costs by 12%. As a result, producers can achieve a R$ 48,000.00 monthly increase in sales in the Manaus-AM market. The PDCA tool was essential for identifying problems and suggesting improvements in transport and storage.

    Utilização de Dutos Descartados do Gasoduto Coari-Manaus para Confecção de Ponte Provisória sobre o Igarapé do Cedro Segundo a Norma API 5L X70

    This paper aims to present an alternative construction of an engineering project, with the use of API 5L X70 pipeline discarded from the Coari-Manaus pipeline, in the process of building a temporary bridge over the Cedro creek in the Amazon rainforest. The goal is to enable the transport of workers and materials for the industrial production of the Compression Station - ECOMP in Juaruna. The ANSYS 8.0 program was used to analyze the stresses and deformations of structural elements subjected to loads. The study also presents a proposal for the mitigation of environmental impacts and addresses the logistical challenges faced in the Amazon region.

    Sistematização e Transporte do Pescado para o Processamento e Abastecimento Industrial no Alto Solimões

    This paper systematically and analytically addresses the fish trade in the Upper Solimões region, in the state of Amazonas. The research followed the routine of local fishermen, who rely on fishing for subsistence, highlighting the difficulties they face, such as the lack of incentives for fish trade and the smuggling of fish to foreign countries. The need for fish warehouses for processing and distribution of a quality product was noted, emphasizing that the municipality of Tabatinga already has a warehouse, but it is not operational. The research also highlighted the presence of refrigerators and floating warehouses along the route, which serve to store production. Data collected in interviews demonstrated the commercial dynamics in the triple border area and the environmental and fiscal impacts resulting from the lack of inspection.

    UTILIZAÇÃO DE DUTOS DESCARTADOS DO GASODUTO COARI-MANAUS PARA CONFECÇÃO DE PONTE PROVISÓRIA SOBRE O IGARAPÉ DO CEDRO SEGUNDO A NORMA API 5L X70

    This study aims to present an alternative construction method using discarded API 5L X70 pipelines from the Coari-Manaus gas pipeline for the construction of a temporary bridge over the Cedro stream in the Amazon rainforest. The bridge facilitates material and worker transportation for the construction of the Compression Station – ECOMP in Juaruna. The ANSYS 8.0 program was used to analyze the structural behavior of a bridge element, applying numerical methods to evaluate stress and deformation in structural components. Additionally, an environmental mitigation proposal is presented to reduce the impact of equipment crossing the Cedro stream, as well as the logistical challenges faced by companies operating in the Amazon region.
