Resumo
O objetivo desta pesquisa foi construir uma metodologia participativa para a elaboração de planos diretores nos municípios do Amazonas, considerando as peculiaridades urbanas e ambientais da região. A proposta visa atender às necessidades dos municípios, respeitando os anseios da população e promovendo condições de habitabilidade. A pesquisa aborda a importância da participação popular no planejamento urbano, a revisão de legislações pertinentes e a integração de um planejamento ambiental sustentável. O estudo destaca a necessidade de uma gestão democrática e inclusiva, que considere as vocações locais e promova o desenvolvimento regional sustentável.
Abstract
The objective of this research was to build a participatory methodology for the elaboration of master plans in the municipalities of Amazonas, considering the urban and environmental peculiarities of the region. The proposal aims to meet the needs of municipalities, respecting the desires of the population and promoting habitable conditions. The research addresses the importance of popular participation in urban planning, the review of relevant legislation, and the integration of sustainable environmental planning. The study highlights the need for democratic and inclusive management that considers local vocations and promotes sustainable regional development.
