Abstract

The dissertation addresses the combined application of Lean Office, Industry 4.0 and fuzzy logic in optimizing administrative processes related to issuing invoices. With the use of tools such as Value Stream Mapping (VSM), Kaizen, 5S, robotic process automation (RPA), IoT, Big Data and artificial intelligence, the study proposes an integrated solution to reduce costs, improve solutions and increase productivity. efficiency of administrative operations. Carried out in a company in the electrical materials sector, the results showed improvements in agility, operational costs and customer satisfaction.
