Item Diagnóstico de Rentabilidade Empresarial: uma análise fuzzy com dados dos indicadores da margem operacional da DRE(Instituto de Tecnologia e Educação Galileo da Amazônia, 2025) NASCIMENTO, Alessandra Souza; SANTOS, Eliton Smith dos; ALMEIDA, Luiz Fernando Correia deThis dissertation develops and validates a Mamdani fuzzy inference model to diagnose business profitability based on the operating margin from the 2024 Income Statement of TecnoAmazon Ltda. Four input variables (General and Administrative Expenses, Tax Expenses, Financial Expenses, and Financial Revenue) were fuzzified into Low, Medium, and High using trapezoidal membership functions calibrated on historical quartiles. An 81-rule IF–THEN base, built using the Wang-Mendel method and validated by experts, fed the Mamdani core. Centroid defuzzification generated crisp scores in the 0–30 range. The model achieved a mean absolute error below 8% compared to accounting ROE and a Kendall’s W of 0.85 with analysts’ internal rankings, confirming that fuzzy logic captures performance nuances overlooked by crisp metrics. Limitations include single-year scope, subjective parameter tuning, and lack of macroeconomic variables. Future work should expand historical data, test type-2 fuzzy sets, and integrate ESG indicatorsItem Implementação do sistema Close Loop Print Control para redução de defeitos no processo SMT numa fábrica de produção de placas eletrônicas no Polo Industrial de Manaus(Instituto de Tecnologia e Educação Galileo da Amazônia, 2025) ARANTES, Carlos Henrique Borges; VIEIRA JUNIOR, MiltonThe growing demand for more compact, efficient, and reliable electronic devices has driven the use of Surface Mount Technology (SMT) in modern production lines. However, the solder paste deposition step remains critical, being responsible for a significant portion of process defects. In this context, this dissertation proposes the implementation of the Close Loop Print Control (CLPC) system as a strategy to reduce failures and improve quality in the production of electronic circuit boards. The study's general objective is to analyze the main defects related to solder paste deposition in an SMT line and propose improvements through the application of the CLPC system. As a method, a case study was conducted in a company located in the Industrial Hub of Manaus, involving the collection of quantitative data (via SPI system and technical reports) and qualitative data (interviews with operators and engineers). The research also included pilot tests, document analysis, and the practical implementation of the CLPC system with continuous monitoring of the production process. The results showed a significant reduction in defects such as solder bridges, missing components, and tombstone effect, as well as improvements in solder paste application uniformity, increased reliability, and positive acceptance by employees. The conclusion indicates that the application of the CLPC system proved effective in automating quality control. By integrating with interoperability and IoT principles, the CLPC aligns with Industry 4.0 practices, thereby contributing to increased efficiency, reduced rework, and enhanced reliability of the final product.Item Análise de Viabilidade Econômico-Financeira e de Maturidade para Implementação de Conceitos Indústria 4.0(Instituto de Tecnologia e Educação Galileo da Amazônia, 2025) TAHER, Thyago Mileo; NASCIMENTO, Manoel Henrique ReisThe adoption of Industry 4.0 technologies and concepts has proven to be an effective strategy for increasing the competitiveness of industrial companies. By applying heat maps to industrial costing spreadsheets of electronic components, inconsistencies were identified that reflect broader structural barriers of industrial digital transformation. The methodology relied on data visualization techniques to detect null and zero values at different stages of the migration process. The results revealed seven critical categories of inconsistencies: interoperability issues, complexity in indirect cost allocation, implementation and maintenance costs, workforce training, real-time data management, compliance and security, and adaptation to Industry 4.0 dynamics. It was concluded that such inconsistencies represent significant barriers to transition, especially in highly automated industries. The study also proposes a framework for assessment and mitigation, contributing to the literature on digital transformation in the Brazilian industrial context.Item Avaliação das Barreiras ao Uso de IoT nos Testes de Segurança e de Envelhecimento no Setor de Telefonia Celular Aplicando o DEMATEL(Instituto de Tecnologia e Educação Galileo da Amazônia, 2025) LIMA, Wellyngton Araújo; LEITE, Jandecy Cabral; http://lattes.cnpq.br/7279183940171317This study investigated the barriers that hinder the implementation of the Internet of Things (IoT) in the security and aging tests of the cellular telephony sector in the Manaus Industrial Complex, considering the transformative potential of IoT for process optimization, increased efficiency, and improved real-time monitoring. The research was motivated by the observation that despite the technological advances and promises associated with IoT, its adoption in this specific context has been limited by technical, regulatory, and structural barriers. A systematic literature review combined with the Decision Making Trial and Evaluation Laboratory (DEMATEL) method, supported by field experts, was conducted. The results revealed that the most influential barriers were the shortage of qualified professionals, lack of regulation, and integration complexity, while interoperability and technical standards appeared more as secondary consequences. Based on these findings, a conceptual framework was proposed, providing a clearer understanding of the existing challenges and offering strategic guidance for overcoming them.Item Implementação do Processo de Montagem de Componentes com Tecnologia SMT para o Máximo de Produtividade(Instituto de Tecnologia e Educação Galileo da Amazônia, 2025) CRUZ JUNIOR, Davi Clementino; VIEIRA JUNIOR, MiltonThe manufacture of electronic products has evolved from wire assembly to SMT (Surface Mount Technology), characterized by component miniaturization and high-speed automation.
