Proposta de Método de Negociação de Locação e Transporte de Equipamentos da Empresa TN Transportes em Manaus

Abstract

The study describes the importance of using quality tools in academic and business environments, aiming to improve the negotiation process at TN Transportes. The main objective was to develop a negotiation methodology for leasing and transporting equipment, increasing the company's revenue. Problems in procedures were analyzed, and improvements were proposed based on tools such as flowcharts and PDCA. The data used were from 2017 revenue, focusing on May and November. The results indicate that the implementation of a structured method can significantly contribute to the organization and its financial outcomes.
