Using quality tools such as the PDCA cycle and the 5W2H action plan, the study proposes a management model that seeks to reduce costs and increase productivity. The entire logistics process represents a decisive factor in the company's activity, and the management of purchases in the acquisition of materials and services should be aligned with the strategic objectives of the company as a whole, acting in an integrated manner with the other sectors, in addition to exposing actions guarded by the compliance area to avoid ethical and moral deviations, protecting Corporate Governance. The adequacy of integrity models that meet the rules that comply with current laws has become fundamental in the management of organizations as a strategic way. Therefore, the objective of this study is the implementation of a process model of application of the compliance program and the security of information and data of the company, for this purpose one must identify the main tools necessary for the compliance program and show the application of the compliance mechanism in the organizational scope, that is of fundamental importance for the acceptance of products or services in the market where they operate, as well as business continuity. The study began with the problem that the failure of communication in the company during internal and external changes can negatively affect the company's results and the conduct of employees. For this, the Inductive Method was elected and thus used a strategic tool such as SWOT analysis, a 5W2H activity mapping tool and PDCA action plan. Thus, the present study can be considered exploratory, of an applied and qualitative nature, in two aspects, bibliographic research and case study. The Research will be by observation and comparison with bibliographic research through a sample of facts identified in the company and reports of employees from various departments, of facts already occurred. Data collection was through meeting and interviewing with the professionals of the companies, reporting on the importance of the theme. We sought to know how to improve communication between the purchasing department with the other departments of the company and with the companies that maintain relationships. This study investigates the feasibility of using ground PET as a partial replacement for fine aggregate (sand) in concrete production. Mixtures with 0%, 10%, 30%, and 50% sand replacement by PET were prepared. Tests at 28 days of curing showed that PET addition in certain proportions maintained the required strength and provided environmental benefits, such as reducing natural sand extraction and reusing plastic waste, reinforcing the technical and environmental viability of using recycled PET in concretes.Item Análise decisória para implementação de estratégias integradas para a redução de setup em processos industriais utilizando lógica fuzzy(Instituto de Tecnologia e Educação Galileo da Amazônia, 2024-06-09) SOUZA, Vanessa Silva; ALENCAR, David Barbosa de; SILVA, Ítalo Rodrigo SoaresThis article explores the application of Fuzzy Logic as a decision support tool for implementing integrated strategies aimed at reducing setup times in industrial processes. The study seeks to optimize operational efficiency and reduce variability in production processes, ultimately enhancing productivity. A computational model based on Fuzzy Logic was developed to analyze key variables impacting setup times and associated waste. The research was conducted in a company in the Manaus Industrial Park, specializing in electronics. Identifying optimal strategies that balance risk and return is a constant challenge, especially in uncertain scenarios. This dissertation investigates the application of game theory to risk analysis and decision-making in the stock market, integrating technical and financial indicators into a model that allows investment strategies to be predicted and optimized. Indicators such as the Relative Strength Index (RSI), MACD, Return on Equity (ROE), EBITDA Margin, and General Liquidity Index were analyzed and combined in payoff matrices to simulate strategic decisions and identify Nash equilibria in different market scenarios. The results indicate that the application of game theory, combined with integrated technical and fundamental analysis, offers an effective tool for identifying investment strategies that balance risk and return. The research demonstrated that it is possible to identify Nash equilibria in different market contexts, providing valuable insights for strategic decision-making. This dissertation advances the understanding of the use of game theory in the stock market and proposes an innovative model applicable both in academia and in professional practice to improve risk analysis and asset allocation.Item Aplicação da teoria dos jogos na otimização de processos para redução do tempo construtivo de habitações populares(Instituto de Tecnologia e Educação Galileo da Amazônia, 2024) SOUZA, Silvia Cristina Matos de; ALENCAR, David Barbosa deThis work aims to apply a model of game theory in the optimization of processes to reduce the construction time of popular housing, demonstrating the management process of the agents involved in the construction context, optimizing collaboration and efficiency. The housing deficit and inadequate living conditions of low-income populations are problems exacerbated by unplanned population growth and lack of urban infrastructure, impacting quality of life. The research developed a model based on game theory to optimize construction processes, allowing the definition of cooperative and non-cooperative strategies among the agents involved. The methodology used was descriptive research with a quantitative approach, applying game models for simulation and decision-making analysis in the civil construction sector. The results proved that the application of game theory helps reduce the construction time of popular housing by encouraging cooperation among stakeholders, making the process more efficient and reducing waste. It is concluded that resource rationalization and the application of strategic incentives can transform competitive situations into opportunities for cooperation, promoting efficiency in the construction sector.Item Aplicação da Teoria dos Jogos no Gerenciamento do Contexto das Altas Temperaturas na Cidade de Manaus(Instituto de Tecnologia e Educação Galileo da Amazônia, 2024) SOUZA, Amós Ribeiro de; ALENCAR, David Barbosa deThe objective of this study was to develop a model based on game theory to analyze the interactions between different agents involved in managing high temperatures in the city of Manaus. The city faces growing challenges related to increasing temperatures, exacerbated by climate change and unplanned urbanization. In this context, Game Theory emerges as a strategic tool to model interactions between the government, companies, and communities, enabling the identification of collaborative and effective solutions. The research used a quantitative approach with simulations that analyzed strategic scenarios and possible equilibria, considering economic, social, and environmental aspects. The results demonstrated the feasibility of cooperative strategies that minimize climate impacts and guide more sustainable public policies. It is concluded that Game Theory offers an efficient strategy for urban climate management, being applicable both in Manaus and in other urban contexts. The proposed approach not only identified effective strategies but also highlighted the importance of collaboration between different agents to achieve significant results in tackling climate change.Item Aplicação de inferência fuzzy para tomada de decisão em processos de SMT: um caso no PIM(Instituto de Tecnologia e Educação Galileo da Amazônia, 2024) LEITE, Herbety Lima; ALENCAR, David Barbosa deSurface Mount Technology (SMT) is widely used in the production of electronic components, especially in the Manaus Industrial Pole (PIM), one of the largest electronics production centers in Brazil. However, its complexity and sensitivity to parameter variations, such as temperature and alignment, pose significant challenges to process accuracy and consistency. Traditional control methods, such as PID, often fail to meet the adaptability and efficiency demands required in these scenarios. Fuzzy logic emerges as a promising alternative, providing support in situations of uncertainty and variability. This study developed and implemented a fuzzy inference system for controlling critical parameters in SMT processes at PIM. The methodology involved identifying key variables, such as temperature and pressure, and constructing a fuzzy model based on linguistic rules and expert knowledge. The system was validated through comparative analysis before and after its implementation, evaluating aspects such as production efficiency, rework rate, and final product quality. The application of the fuzzy system resulted in significant improvements in the efficiency of the SMT process. There was a reduction in assembly failures, less need for rework, and greater consistency in production. In addition, the system demonstrated greater adaptability to operational variations compared to traditional control methods, contributing to more sustainable and efficient production. The use of fuzzy inference systems in SMT processes at PIM proved to be an effective approach for optimizing decision-making, improving quality and production efficiency. An alternative, so that this material is not incorrectly released into the environment, is the implementation of a composting model that will reuse organic waste, generating humus, which will serve as fertilizer for the implementation of a vegetable garden in the school in the rural area. This work aims to propose a composter model in a School in the Rural Area of Manaus for the reuse of organic waste, to develop a prototype of composter for the production of humic substances and mineral nutrients for the creation of gardens, to prepare the manual with guidelines for the correct and sustainable management of the composting plant and the school garden and implementing the garden system through the composting process using school organic waste. The work is a case study that proposes to implement a prototype of compost for the production of humic substances and mineral nutrients for the construction of a school garden. The primary objective was to create a solution to identify and mitigate energy losses, optimize consumption, and reduce operational costs. To achieve this, the research employed an inference model based on fuzzy logic and developed a real-time process control (RTPC) framework. The device and its monitoring software were validated through field tests in real substations, showing positive results in reducing losses and improving energy efficiency. This dissertation addresses the importance of ensuring the compliance of these products, focusing on the estimation of measurement uncertainty in electrical resistance tests for wires and cables with nominal voltages up to 450/750V. The "top-down" methodology was applied, using the Ishikawa Diagram, enabling the creation of a mathematical model to calculate combined standard uncertainty. This study addresses the estimation of measurement uncertainty in electrical resistance tests for wires and cables with nominal voltages up to 450/750V, applying the "top-down" methodology and using the Ishikawa Diagram to identify uncertainty sources. Measurements were conducted on collected samples using calibrated equipment. The developed mathematical model proved effective in ensuring compliance and enhancing safety.
