The dissertation presents a strategic planning proposal for implementing a new logistics structure for the Military Command of the Amazon. The research details the current logistic situation, proposes improvements, and defines a minimum structure necessary for logistics development in CMA. Quality tools such as Scatter Chart, Ishikawa Diagram, and Pareto Chart were used to identify failures and propose solutions, such as implementing Standard Operating Procedures in supply distribution.
