Methods such as exponential, logarithmic, linear, and ARIMA were applied using tools like Excel and SPSS20. Results indicated an increase in emissions over time, with variations depending on the method used. Identified pathologies include bad odors, blockages, noise, and sewage backflow, resulting from non-compliance with technical standards, execution failures, and lack of maintenance. The study proposes therapeutic solutions to mitigate these issues, emphasizing the importance of adhering to norms and building maintenance to ensure user well-being.
