Regarding the factors that cause bottlenecks in the process and rework, 50% reported that the finish does not meet the requirements, 33% reported a failure to insert the push button and 17% reported a failure in embroidery. The application of tools of quality helped to identify bottlenecks and analyze productivity. Solutions have been proposed to increase the efficiency and efficiency of the examined industry, especially in terms of after-sales.
