The analysis followed the qualitative research criteria with a bibliographic survey. The general objective was to conduct a study on mathematics teaching related to environmental education theme, using exercises connected to Environmental Education as a learning possibility. The Specific Objectives were: To elaborate mathematics exercises related to environmental education, aiming to enable students to be more aware about environmental issues. The textual structure of this dissertation has the following items: Introduction, theoretical foundation, methodological procedures, mathematics and environmental education, and final considerations. The proposed exercises bring the possibility to insert the teaching not only of mathematics, but also in other disciplines, especially related ones, interdisciplinary.
