The method aims to assist in problem identification and decision-making to mitigate harmonic disturbances, contributing to improved power quality.Item Sistema Fotovoltaico de Bombeamento Baseado em Conversores de Frequência e Bombas Centrífugas Comerciais Utilizando Controle Fuzzy Externo com Tensão Fixa(Instituto de Tecnologia, 2016) SANTOS, Wanderley Sena dos; MACÊDO, Wilson NegrãoThis work proposes the development and implementation of a fuzzy logic-based controller capable of maintaining stable the voltage level at the DC bus of a commercial variable-speed drive (VSD) used to couple photovoltaic generators to commercial centrifugal motor pumps for water pumping purposes. The system operates in closed loop, and the DC bus voltage regulation is made indirectly through the variation of the motor pump speed according to the power available from the photovoltaic generator. The goal is to maximize efficiency and prevent system disarming by under-voltage errors in the intermediate circuit of the VSD. The control algorithm was embedded in a PIC microcontroller and experimentally evaluated, showing expected behavior even under drastic changes in power availability.Item PROPOSTA DE AVALIAÇÃO DE RISCOS EM PRENSAS HIDRÁULICAS COM LÓGICA FUZZY(Instituto de Tecnologia, 2021) SLUCE, Patrícia; NASCIMENTO, Manoel Henrique ReisMachine and equipment safety has been a focus of the Ministry of Labor since 1978 when regulatory standards were created. However, only after 2005 did regulatory bodies intensify their enforcement efforts to ensure the adaptation of industrial machinery and reduce workplace accidents. Despite the existence of standards to support the adaptation of machines, many companies still struggle to implement them correctly, ensuring the physical and psychological integrity of employees. This work proposes a risk assessment model for hydraulic presses using fuzzy logic, aiming to improve the recognition of machine risk levels and assist in determining the best adaptation methods. Occupational noise that affects employees in their day-to-day tasks can be prevented through the involvement of employers and employees in a hearing conservation program. This study proposes the applicability of fuzzy logic to evaluate the quality of noise in industrial jobs, considering variables such as noise level and number of hours worked. Thus, using fuzzy logic modeling, measured noise levels were assessed, generating results that classify the work environment as satisfactory or high-risk, as well as providing guidance on whether or not to use safety equipment in hazardous environments. Prevention seeks to minimize or even eliminate hearing and non-hearing health problems, which are very common nowadays.Item Gerenciamento do Suprimento de Óleo Combustível para Usina Térmica no Amazonas Através de Sistemas Inteligentes(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2011) SILVA NETO, Almiro Gomes da; FARIA, Marlene Araujo deThe objective of this work is to develop a computational tool for decision support in the supply of fuel oil for thermal power plant, examining the main variables of thermal generation using fuel oil and the entire logistical process. The basis for the study is on the operating principle of a thermal plant, the logistics of fuel and its peculiarities. The current supply management and all procedures involved in this process give support for the proposed innovation. The case study consists of a simulation system for managing oil supply through a mathematical simulator to confirm the optimal inventory solution through fuzzy logic.
