The inadequate working environment and furniture can also lead to reduced productivity in companies, because if not adjusted to biotypes can lead to the occurrence of occupational diseases. One of the great challenges of ergonomics applied to work is to design or adapt workstations and tools to the morphological diversity of the population. The accurate analysis of the various segments is done according to the techniques of anthropometry, which is the study of the physical measurements of the human body. This research aimed to "apply the ergonomic analysis of work (EAW) in the production line of a company in the electro-electronic segment to promote improvements in the workplace aiming at the quality of life, well-being, and safety of the employees". In the study methodology, a population survey of the company's biotypes was carried out through anthropometric evaluation; the human body movements were analyzed, with emphasis on the upper limbs, according to the conditions of their workstation; ergonomic concepts were implemented in the production line; the workstations were adapted to the employees; and, finally, the results of productivity were monitored, followed up, and compared after the ergonomic improvements were implemented. To analyze the results of this research, a sampling of 375 employees was carried out with emphasis on the manual insertion production line. The anthropometric analysis showed that there is a difference between male and female biotypes. With the female more concentrated around the mean and the male presenting a larger tail of the distribution. The ergonomic analysis of the work identified the need for adaptation, alteration and changes in the workstations that start in the equipment permeating with the improvement of the posture of the employees that operate in the production lines. After the implementation of the improvements, the ex-post analysis showed that the company's proposed targets for productivity, quality, and absenteeism were met, with averages of 780.2 units/manhour, 281.4 pieces/million, and 1.8%, respectively.Item Lógica fuzzy aplicada na análise ergonômica de trabalho na industria automobilistica para tomada de decisão(Instituto de Tecnologia e Educação Galileo da Amazônia, 2022-02-14) PINTO, Leandro Soares; LEITE, Jandecy CabralErgonomics have proved to be increasingly important for industrial processes around the world. The evolution of machines and various work equipment. Therefore, it is extremely important to make a comprehensive reading of the workstations and ergonomic analysis tools. The objective of this research is an application of the technological resources of fuzzy logic in the results found in the Ergonomic Analysis of Work (AET) in seven jobs in the automotive industry of the Industrial Pole of Manaus (PIM). The methodology was applied to an ergonomic tool using the Suzanne Rodgers method and in the mathematical models characterized by fuzzy inference for decision making on the various disorders that occur with the health of the employee. Data from the Sune Rodgers ergonomic tool and other observations at the workstations will be tabulated and serve as an application for a fuzzy application through modeling in fuzz logic, fuzzization engine and base fuzzization with a mathematical risk output variable in nuclei. Therefore, it is useful to make a comparison and be able to contest the importance of ergonomic processes for the benefit of the worker in the automotive industry for decision making.Item Apuração dos riscos ergonômicos em uma manufatura de autorrádio usando os critérios de Suzanne Rodgers e NIOSH: uma aplicação prática(Instituto de Tecnologia e Educação Galileo da Amazônia, 2024-05-20) PRIETO, Newmar Wanderley; LEITE, Jandecy Cabral;Companies from Industrial Pole of Manaus look for automation to reduce ergonomic risks, even if the degree of autonomy will depend on organizational technical projects, that is, we visualize two different strands to develop ergonomic actions with the objective of improving working conditions related to health and productivity. Many interests about ergonomics are due to legislation, to adapt the work conditions, it is necessary to measure the ergonomic risks through established criteria. The present study aims to verify the contribution of ergonomic risk assessment instruments in practice, even though the process is quite robust, using the NIOSH and Suzanne Rodgers Criteria we visualize several potential to mitigate the risks inside this manufacturing process. The research was conducted through a literature review, and case study, raising the operative mode of all the workstations, mainly considering the comments of the employees involved, since all the methods present had potential for application, but a standardization of the evaluation for data collection become the main factors in determining the risk factors related to musculoskeletal disorders. According to the knowledge acquired and accumulated during the data collection, observed the ergonomic thermometer of the manufacture, where the moderate risk was evident, even if it is a process with automation, but this study will guide to a more effective work in search of the reduction of the ergonomic risk within the organization by the multifunctional team, in the search for the ergonomically correct process.
