Indicadores de Qualidade em Campo para o Gerenciamento de Melhorias no Processo de Celular

Abstract

This study aims to verify the influence of quality tools on reducing failure rates in a cell phone manufacturing company at the Industrial Pole of Manaus (IPM). Through an exploratory and descriptive case study, tools such as Ishikawa Diagram, 5W2H, and PDCA were applied, focusing on the "no power" defect. The results showed improvements in production volume and enhanced synergy among company sectors, highlighting the effectiveness of quality tools in managing process improvements.
