The study addresses the chemical analysis of horticultural products to detect pesticide residues. It evaluates the presence of agrochemicals in raw materials of the food industry before the production line, using chemical indicators such as phenolphthalein, methyl red, methyl orange, and bromothymol blue. The research compared traditional methodologies with the proposed new method, demonstrating improvements in raw material quality control.
