This study proposes the use of Value Stream Mapping (VSM) combined with Fuzzy Logic to identify and eliminate waste in the production of printed circuit boards at a company in the Manaus Industrial Pole (PIM). VSM allowed mapping the current state of the process, identifying bottlenecks, and designing a future state with improvements. The study aims to improve the efficiency of the maintenance process, reducing costs and increasing the quality of service provided. The proposed methodology allows for a more accurate analysis of losses, contributing to the optimization of maintenance processes.
