Item Implementação de práticas sustentáveis: avaliação fuzzy do desempenho e conscientização ambiental em crianças com deficiência(Instituto de Tecnologia e Educação Galileo da Amazônia, 2024) BEZERRA, Igor Felipe Oliveira; CAMPOS, Paola SoutoThis study aimed to develop a fuzzy logic-based model to assess the impact of interventions in Adapted Physical Education and Environmental Education on the physical, cognitive, and environmental awareness development of children with disabilities. The need for inclusive educational strategies and accurate tools to capture individual progress underpins this work, which seeks to go beyond traditional assessment approaches. Using scenario simulations that replicate authentic conditions, the study incorporated variables such as motor coordination, strength, endurance, as well as attention and understanding of environmental concepts. Interventions were analyzed using fuzzy rules to assess the expected impacts in physical, cognitive, and environmental awareness dimensions. Although the model was not implemented in a real setting with children, its validation suggests future applicability in practical studies. The results indicate that well-integrated interventions, especially those that balance physical and cognitive development, can lead to substantial improvements. Fuzzy logic proved to be a valuable tool, allowing for detailed and gradual progress assessment. The proposed model is a significant addition to inclusive pedagogical practices and can guide educational policies to better meet the needs of children with disabilities, emphasizing the importance of sustainable environmental education.Item Implementação do controle fuzzy em microgrids fotovoltaicos para a mitigação de interrupções energéticas em comunidades isoladas do Amazonas: conformidade com o regulamento técnico da qualidade do INMETRO (Portaria nº 140/2022)(Instituto de Tecnologia e Educação Galileo da Amazônia, 2024) SILVA NETO, Oswaldo Wanderley da; ALENCAR, David Barbosa deIsolated communities in the Amazon region face significant challenges in accessing a reliable and continuous electricity supply due to logistical difficulties and the lack of infrastructure for electricity generation and distribution. As an alternative, photovoltaic microgrids emerge as a potential solution. However, these systems encounter issues such as instability and frequent interruptions due to environmental variability and the complexity of managing local energy resources. This dissertation investigates the implementation of fuzzy control in these photovoltaic microgrids, aiming to reduce energy supply interruptions and promote more efficient and sustainable energy delivery. The study aligns with INMETRO Ordinance No. 140/2022, which approves the Technical Quality Regulation and the Conformity Assessment Requirements for Equipment for Generation, Conditioning, and Storage of Electrical Energy in Photovoltaic Systems. It is set within the context of Industry 4.0, focusing on enhancing energy management. Fuzzy control, due to its ability to handle uncertainties and variabilities inherent in dynamic systems, is implemented to optimize microgrid operations by dynamically adjusting operational variables according to environmental conditions and local energy demand. The study also examines compliance with the guidelines established by INMETRO, demonstrating the technical feasibility and potential benefits of this approach, which include maximizing energy efficiency and the sustainability of deployed systems. The application of fuzzy control in photovoltaic microgrids proves to be a promising solution for addressing energy challenges in remote regions, contributing to sustainable socio-economic development in the Amazon.Item Aplicação integrada de Lean Office e Indústria 4.0 para otimização de processos administrativos de emissão de notas fiscais(Instituto de Tecnologia e Educação Galileo da Amazônia, 2024) SOARES, Vera Alana Nobre; ALENCAR, David Barbosa deThe dissertation addresses the combined application of Lean Office, Industry 4.0 and fuzzy logic in optimizing administrative processes related to issuing invoices. Companies that do not modernize themselves are surpassed by new companies with more agile and efficient market methodologies. Therefore, if a company seeks to remain in the market, it must pursue the implementation of new market methodologies. We observe that Industry 4.0 applications are increasingly spreading in the industrial sector through various tools such as automation, IoT, among others. Companies using these tools can reduce costs and become more efficient. Thus, there is a growing demand for the implementation of these tools in the industrial sector. This work aims to apply methods such as Fuzzy logic to develop a Key Performance Indicator (KPI) analysis to assist in the decision-making process aimed at increasing the efficiency of a motorcycle welding production line in a company located in the Manaus Free Trade Zone. Through these mathematical methods, it is possible to losses of the process, helping managers gain a clearer understanding of highly imprecise issues and often dependent on the perspective of decision-makers. Using methods such as: mapping the production process, collecting data such as process time, layout area, productive counterflow, among other indicators, we will prepare an analysis using Fuzzy Logic to aid in the analysis of improving the layout at points such as space layout, parts inventory and line efficiency. The goal of this work is to identify bottleneck points and offer opportunities for deverticalization to propose improvements in production, reducing losses and improving the process flow.Item Modelo Fuzzy para avaliar o nível do Lean Manufacturing em uma Empresa de Fabricação de Ar-Condicionado Comercial(Instituto de Tecnologia e Educação Galileo da Amazônia, 2023-10-31) SOARES, Raquel Borges; NASCIMENTO, Manoel Henrique Reis; http://lattes.cnpq.br/0850846128967798Proper management of shop floor resources has fundamental importance for the financial health and survival of companies. Organizations that work with high levels of waste lose competitiveness due to directing their efforts and investments constantly in corrections instead of new technologies. The waste must be studied and eliminated or mitigated to guarantee the generation of profit, for this purpose the company chosen as the object of application of the research started using the tools of the Lean manufacturing methodology. This work aims to implement a model for assessing the level of Lean Manufacturing based on fuzzy inference in this company that is undergoing a lean transformation process and whose organizational culture was initially not established with the pillars of lean manufacturing. For the creation of the model, the entire production process was mapped, the processes were selected and defined as variables 4 of the tools already implemented by the company 5S, VSM (value stream map), TPM (total productive maintenance) and SMED (single minute exchange of die). The model adopted to determine the Lean level was based on computer simulation as a tool, based on fuzzy logic. The application of the developed model shows that the evaluation of Lean Maturity through the application of Lean Manufacturing tools in the Production Process to be used through the fuzzy methodology proved to be feasible to assist in the desired validations, allowing to understand the impact of each linguistic variable in the research result, pointing out how the Company “MCJV” can use the information obtained to improve the Lean transformation management process. A great advantage of the created model is the possibility of being adjusted to any type of organization, whose input and output variables can receive other linguistic values. As a future suggestion for research, we have the inclusion of new entries such as VOP (voice of process) or PSP (problem solving).Item Aplicação da lógica fuzzy para tomadas de decisões nos critérios de rateio e distribuição de custos industriais(Instituto de Tecnologia e Educação Galileo da Amazônia, 2023-04-11) NOVO, Breno Tello; NASCIMENTO, Manoel Henrique Reis; http://lattes.cnpq.br/0850846128967798Industries are increasingly specializing in the financial and production sector, aided by general accounting and, especially, cost accounting. Even increasing the degree of complexity of specialized employees, cost accounting in relation to its apportionment criteria is always a challenge. Companies find it very difficult to correctly determine the unit cost of the product or service being offered. And it is precisely at this moment that cost accounting proves to be useful and indispensable. Cost apportionment is one of the branches of industrial accounting and it is a subject that seems to be simple to understand, however, it becomes more complex during your daily practices. This work aims to develop a classification model for decision making based on Fuzzy Logic for diagnosing production performance with a focus on financial improvement based on the optimization of cost apportionment. In this context, the work is justified by pointing out a new perspective of analysis through production and financial indicators implemented in a Fuzzy interference model with the objective of optimizing the apportionment criteria and proposing financial improvements. The Methodological Process of the research was developed in three phases: 1. Identification of Economic and Production Indicators; 2. Modeling of the Fuzzy “Inference” System; 3. Proposed Model Experiment. Each phase consists of three stages until reaching the results obtained from the research. The proposed Fuzzy system was able to show the different performance results when simulated with the different conditions of the input variables and which the projected performance classification could be defined. The model resulted in 576 inference rules for analysis. With a bad EGE, it is difficult to properly monitor production efficiency to a satisfactory degree, but you can maintain a standard production pace due to the good results of other indicators. In this way, the Fuzzy system helps to guide us in which costing method we should adapt the worked product so that it can generate profitability within the industry and better profit margin, allowing a more critical analysis in internal decision-making.Item Modelagem fuzzy para definição de potencial de corrosividade em dutos de petróleo(Instituto de Tecnologia e Educação Galileo da Amazônia, 2023-02-08) SANTOS, Ivair Rafael Costa dos; NASCIMENTO, Manoel Henrique Reis; http://lattes.cnpq.br/0850846128967798Pipelines, in the global context of the oil industry, are the main modal for transport of this product. The possibility of transporting large volumes of oil at a low cost is one of the reasons. However, the pipelines carry with them risks of environmental accidents if their structural integrity is not well monitored, also with regard to the phenomenon of corrosion, to which it is the main cause of damage to its integrity. With this concern, this work was developed in order to create a model using Fuzzy logic that allows inferring the internal corrosion rate in the pipeline, and consequently, the potential of corrosiveness acting in those whose corrosion mechanism is predominantly caused by microbiological action. With the model created, using operational parameters of a pipeline operated by the operating company Petrobras Transporte (TRANSPETRO), it was possible to obtain results of corrosion rate, and consequent potential of corrosiveness, which in most cases, when compared with those obtained by conventional techniques, were very coherent, but with the advantage of enabling the anticipation of mitigating actions, since conventional monitoring processes require a longer time for their performance and analysis of results. Thus, the model proved to be adequate to what was proposed.
