The study proposes a system based on linguistic variables such as stock level and demand, using membership functions and fuzzy rules to assist in decision-making regarding supply, replenishment, and bidding. The proposed algorithm analyzes and detects harmonic components exceeding 5% of the fundamental coefficient, designing customized filters. The method integrates expert knowledge and current standards to classify harmonic distortions and energy efficiency, avoiding manual regulation checks. Simulation methods for evaluating the mechanical behavior of products subjected to static and dynamic loads are extremely necessary to reduce manufacturing costs. The use of mechanical and virtual tests is of vital importance for product evaluation. This study aimed to apply fuzzy logic to a product called the bicycle fork steerer tube, analyzing both the degree of membership varying between 0 and 1 and the degree of truth also varying between 0 and 1, with the main focus on the behavior of the steerer tube and its validation.
