Item Controle de Climatização Usando Controlador PID Ajustável com Uso da Lógica Fuzzy(Instituto de Tecnologia, 2018) Cavalcante, Caio César Paulino; Azevedo, Manoel Socorro SantosThe objective of this work is to present and evaluate a hybrid controller project that uses Fuzzy logic applied to a PID controller to be used in an HVAC (Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning) system. The simulations use the software Simulink, Matlab, Sketch Up and Energy Plus. The results show that the proposed method improves process efficiency and reduces costs, offering competitive advantages compared to conventional methods.Item Captação, Armazenamento e Utilização de Águas Pluviais com o Mínimo de Interferência Manual: Estudo de Caso em um Instituto Federal(Instituto de Tecnologia, 2018) PALHETA, Pedro Ivan das Graças; LEITE, Jandecy CabralThe study proposes an automated system for capturing, storing, and utilizing rainwater at the Federal Institute of Education, Science, and Technology of Amazonas (IFAM) – Manaus Industrial District Campus, aiming to reduce potable water consumption. The system uses photovoltaic panels to power sensors and actuators, ensuring autonomous operation. The reservoir was sized based on historical rainfall data, and preliminary results include the installation of reservoirs and process automation. The captured water is intended for non-potable uses, such as toilet flushing and cleaning, contributing to environmental and economic sustainability.Item Modelagem em Rede de Petri do Sistema Automático de Teste para Bateria de Telefone Celular" Subtítulo: "Aplicação em Processos de Manufatura de Baterias de Íon de Lítio(Instituto de Tecnologia, 2018) OLIVEIRA, João Paulo Apoliano; LEITE, Jandecy CabralThe study proposes the modeling of an automatic test system for mobile phone batteries using Petri Nets (PN), aiming to innovate and optimize lithium-ion polymer battery manufacturing processes. The research demonstrates the feasibility of modeling the system as a Discrete Event System (DES), validating the properties of Boundedness, Reinitializability, and Liveness of the PN. The computational tool Visual Object Net ++ v2.7a was used for simulation, showing high efficiency and reliability in automating battery testing and preparation processes.Item Adequação de Tempos e Métodos em Montagem de Componente para Motocicletas(Instituto de Tecnologia, 2018) YOSHIDA, Thiago Hideki; LEITE, Jandecy CabralThis study proposes actions for the adjustment of times and methods in the assembly line of motorcycle components in an automotive company, using the Lean Production System and the Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) tool. The research demonstrated that the correct application of these methodologies resulted in a 35.3% improvement in process efficiency, in addition to increasing knowledge and application of Lean within the organization. The work highlights the importance of waste elimination and resource optimization for business competitiveness in challenging economic scenarios.Item Aplicação do Controle Estatístico de Processo na Gestão de Qualidade: Estudo de Caso em uma Indústria do Setor Eletrônico Localizada no PIM(Instituto de Tecnologia, 2018) SILVA, José Arcanjo Angelim da; QUARESMA, João Nazareno NonatoThe study investigates how Statistical Process Control (SPC) aids in minimizing rework in the production of ATMs at an electronics industry located in the Manaus Industrial Pole (PIM). Using bibliographic methodologies and a case study, the research mapped the production process, identified bottlenecks, and applied control charts to detect non-conformities. The results showed that SPC is effective in reducing variability and costs associated with poor quality, contributing to continuous improvements in the production process.Item O Efeito da Semi Automatização do Processo de Soldagem MIG sobre Aspectos Ergonômicos e de Produtividade(Instituto de Tecnologia, 2018) FALCÃO, Marcos Maciel; SILVA, José Antonio daThe study evaluates the influence of the semi-automation of a rotating workbench in the MIG welding process, focusing on ergonomic and productivity aspects in a metallurgical industry of the Manaus Industrial Pole. The research shows that the implementation of semi-automation led to significant improvements in operators' quality of life, a reduction in musculoskeletal-related absences, and a 63% increase in daily productivity. These low-melting temperature dispersions of elements reduce hardness and facilitate flow under sliding conditions, resulting in favorable tribological behavior. Many studies have attempted to better understand the monotectic reaction, assuming that the interphase spacing (λ) follows classical relations used for eutectics. However, some traditional growth laws have not been shown to be valid for transient heat flow conditions. This work analyzed unidirectional solidification experiments in unsteady conditions with hypomonotectic alloys Al-0.9%Pb and Al-5.5%In, in addition to the monotectic alloy Al-1.2%Pb.Item Educação ambiental no currículo do Curso de Licenciatura Intercultural Indígena do Instituto Insikiran/UFRR(Instituto de Tecnologia, 2017) Larisse Livramento dos Santos; Prof. Dr. Cláudio Nahum AlvesThis study analyzes how Environmental Education is present in the curriculum of the Indigenous Intercultural Degree course at the Insikiran Institute of UFRR. The qualitative research examined final course work (TCC) and analyzed the course's discipline plan and pedagogical project. It is concluded that Environmental Education is present as an intercultural element in indigenous communities and in the course curriculum, being transdisciplinary and intercultural, promoting a holistic development focused on indigenous culture and scientific advancement.Item Educação Ambiental no Currículo do Curso de Licenciatura Intercultural Indígena do Instituto Insikiran/UFRRv(Instituto de Tecnologia, 2017) Larisse Livramento dos Santos; Prof. Dr. Cláudio Nahum AlvesThis work aims to demonstrate, through a case study, the application of the 8D tool in a cellular components industry in the city of Manaus - AM. The study details the steps used to adapt the 8D tool according to the company's needs. The research methods are descriptive and exploratory, highlighting relevant information such as selecting process steps and developing plans for applying the 8D tool to improve processes. The study also demonstrates the advantages and benefits achieved with the methodology’s implementation, providing an in-depth view of process adaptations and their role in continuous improvements. The 8D tool is primarily applied using Excel spreadsheets, similar to a checklist, enabling information storage for potential future problems and comparisons with other methodologies
