Item Análise de Impactos Harmônicos em Rede de Distribuição de Energia Elétrica de Média Tensão Utilizando Técnicas de Inteligência Computacional(Instituto de Tecnologia, 2018) Rivanildo Duarte Almeida; Jandecy Cabral LeiteThe growing demand for electrical energy and the increased use of non-linear loads in distribution systems have intensified the generation of harmonic distortions, compromising the quality of the energy supplied. This work presents an analysis of the harmonic impacts on medium-voltage electrical energy distribution networks, using computational intelligence techniques for modeling, simulation and diagnosis. Methods based on artificial neural networks and genetic algorithms were applied to identify and mitigate harmonic distortions, providing an efficient and automated approach for electrical energy quality control. The results demonstrate the feasibility of applying these techniques, evidencing improvements in the identification of distortions and in the definition of strategies to minimize their adverse effects on the electrical system.Item Estudo do Método de Inspeção Visual e Automática do Número de Identificação Veicular de Chassis de Motocicletas(Instituto de Tecnologia, 2019) DIAS, Fabian Carvalho; LEITE, Jandecy CabralThe inspection method employed in validating the chassis number after it has been recorded does not always meet the quality requirements required by the market. In the evaluated process, the inspection is performed manually, where an operator makes the visual conference, submitting to a large automotive industry plant located in the Manaus Industrial Pole (PIM) market leader in the two-wheel market the risk of selling a motorcycle with registration different from the documentation. Thus, this work develops an automatic inspection system, applied to the quality control of the vehicle identification number of motorcycles. And with this it was possible to evaluate its reliability of the data generated in order to provide resolution to the recording problems. Given the implementation of the development process of this project it was possible to clearly observe and identify problems resulting from the printing of the motorcycle VIN engraving. Regarding the detection of the proposed method with the human inspection method, it can be said that the results achieved are superior, evidencing the robustness of the automatic inspection system, since it was possible to identify very accurately all the defects. In addition, hit rates are higher than those obtained by human operators. Thus, the obtained results allowed a significant improvement in the total production time of the model, as it was possible to reduce 80% of the time spent to perform the inspection activity and to reduce the internal defect rates. The inspection method employed in validating the chassis number after it has been recorded does not always meet the quality requirements required by the market. The research identified discrepancies between physical and systematized inventory, leading to excessive stock, material obsolescence, and lack of FIFO control. Using tools such as the PDCA Cycle, GUT Matrix, Ishikawa Diagram, and 5W2H, corrective actions were proposed, reducing inventory costs by R$ 2,085,252.94, maintaining only 37% of the original value required for operational turnover.Item USO DE INDICADORES QUÍMICOS PARA DETECÇÃO DE RESÍDUOS DE AGROTÓXICOS EM FRUTOS E HORTALIÇAS(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2018) GONÇALVES, Dimas Melo; CUNHA, Edinaldo José de SousaThe study addresses the chemical analysis of horticultural products to detect pesticide residues. It evaluates the presence of agrochemicals in raw materials of the food industry before the production line, using chemical indicators such as phenolphthalein, methyl red, methyl orange, and bromothymol blue. The research compared traditional methodologies with the proposed new method, demonstrating improvements in raw material quality control.Item Proposta de Redução de Custos numa Empresa do Setor de Duas Rodas no Polo Industrial de Manaus(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2017) DANTAS, João Rezende; QUARESMA, João Nazareno NonatoThis research aims to evaluate different industrial processes, focusing on cost-benefit analysis. The studied company reduces costs while increasing product quality through advanced industrial production technologies. Using a case study methodology, the research describes old and new processes and investigates cost and benefit evidence, concluding that the company’s strategy resulted in significant profit and productivity gains.Item Logística em um Canteiro de Obra Verticalizada de Alto Padrão(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2017) RIBEIRO, Diana Rodrigues de Moura; QUARESMA, João Nazareno NonatoThe research demonstrates the importance of the logistic process within the construction site and its implementation during construction phases, based on literature review and case study. The analysis reveals deficiencies in material discharge, stock, and site organization, concluding that logistics is essential for ensuring good performance and work quality.
