Item Implementação de Manutenção Produtiva Total: Estudo de Caso em Linha de Produção do Polo Industrial do Amazonas (PIM)(Instituto de Tecnologia, 2017) ARCANJO, Martha Viviane de Lima; OLIVEIRA, KleberThe study addresses the implementation of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) methodology in a liquid insecticide production line at the Manaus Industrial Pole (PIM), focusing on improving operational efficiency and reducing losses. The work demonstrates the benefits of TPM, such as increased Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), reduced breakdowns, and process optimization through autonomous maintenance. The results showed significant gains, including an increase in OEE from 44% to 85%, operational sustainability, and a reduction in unplanned stops.Item Aplicação do Indicador Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) para Análise do Desempenho Global da Capacidade Produtiva de uma Indústria Madeireira(Instituto de Tecnologia, 2019) SILVA, Adauto Correa da; OLIVEIRA, Kleber BittencourtThe industrial capacity of companies has been increasingly required with the competitiveness of capital-intensive companies. Many indicators have been used to measure productivity in the manufacturing industries, as the OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness), in the national literature referred to as "Eficácia Global de Equipamentos", the indicator analyses 3 parameters (availability, performance and quality), giving support to make decisions in all sectors of the production chain. With this, a bibliographic survey was made to identify the limitations of the research and identify the variables and data that would be collected in the three parameters of the indicator. The research also discussed the application of the indicator in a timber industry, explaining all its points of application, as well as collecting and analyzing the data, identifying bottlenecks in the productive process in any sector of the production chain. The research concludes with proposed solutions to the identified problems, including problems from outside the manufacturing sector, proving the overall breadth of the indicator.Item Implantação da Gestão Estratégica, Visando a Melhoria de Desempenho de Ativos: Um Estudo de Caso(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2015) ROLIM, Joel Cavalcante; LEITE, Jandecy CabralThis paper discusses strategic management methods to manage asset reliability and its main obstacles. Maintenance should be understood as a key sector to consolidate a company's results and is seen as a link between the production process and the goals to be achieved. The method discussed is the creation of a management system that uses existing concepts and tools in an atypical way, where fundamental maintenance concepts merge with the company's characteristics. It is concluded that the applicability of a management program depends on specific company characteristics, and understanding these characteristics is a key factor for success.Item Análise dos Equipamentos Prioritários para o Processo de Requalificação de Botijas de Empresa Industrial sob a Ótica da Manutenção Produtiva Total(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2015) ANDION, Marcelo da Silva; CARVAJAL, Tirso Lorenzo Reyes RODRÍGUEZ, Jorge Laureano MoyaThe current study seeks to analyze and demonstrate the importance of maintenance in a holistic way in a company of the Industrial Pole of Manaus, highlighting maintenance as a relevant factor for economy, efficiency, and effectiveness in meeting productivity goals. The work conducts a detailed survey of the main problems that occur in the industrial environment and verifies their frequency through indicator software. The case study was carried out in a cooking gas bottling company, focusing on the maintenance system and the choices adopted to solve its needs. The research uses the Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) methodology to evaluate hourly losses and productivity, proposing solutions to improve the efficiency of the maintenance sector.Item Manutenção Autônoma Aplicada na Melhoria da Qualidade da Produção: Um Estudo de Caso(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2016) FERREIRA, Cloves Wanderlande Torres; Jandecy Cabral LeiteThe global scenario of major economic powers reflects technological advancements, making companies more competitive and strategic. This paper aims to analyze the current maintenance situation at the studied company, identifying technical actions with immediate results and implementing Autonomous Maintenance (AM) to improve the performance of a white line production process at the Manaus Industrial Pole. Data were obtained from the company from December 2015 to July 2016, related to stops identified by a leak detector. The applied methods are qualitative and quantitative, with information collected through questionnaires, document analysis, and problem reports. The results achieved include the application of AM, increased productivity, reduced production line downtime, greater operator involvement, and improved product quality.
